In partnership with a Taft-Hartley pension fund, IDS entitled, designed and developed the seven-story 281,400 square foot C3 at Culver Pointe. Representing a paradigm shift in office design to better fit the needs of media, technology, entertainment, and knowledge-based tenants, C3 features expandable 33,800 square foot floors, 13-25 foot ceiling heights with exclusive lofts, exterior staircases and 15 foot-wide balconies that capitalize on the coastal climate, and private access via dedicated bridges to/from the adjacent parking structure. The building is 100% leased to a prominent mix of creative tenants, including TikTok, Dentsu, Henkel and Red Light Management. Located in the Culver Pointe Business District of Culver City, C3 provides easy access to the Expo Line, content providers in Hollywood, and cutting edge companies throughout West LA.
