IDS was hired by a pension fund advisor in early 2008 to step in and assume the development management, construction management, property management, and marketing for Canyon Crossings, a 90-acre mixed-use development located at the intersection of I-215 and CA-60 in Riverside. IDS completed construction of the 335,000 square foot power retail center component, created excellent relationships with the existing tenant base, and effectively marketed the remaining space, all under a difficult economic and retailing environment. In addition, IDS worked closely with the City to resolve complex underground utility construction issues that enabled the project’s completion, certification, and sale in 2013.
