Hayden Tract Campus

The Hayden Tract Campus consists of three office buildings in Culver City’s delightfully eclectic Hayden Tract. Two of the buildings totaling 110,000 square feet and originally leased to Beats by Dre now act as Apple’s de facto Southern California headquarters. After acquiring these trophy assets with a capital partner, IDS unlocked additional value by aggressively marketing the project’s 545-stall structure to neighboring property owners and tenants in this parking-constrained submarket.
