Cabrillo Technology Center

Cabrillo Technology Center is a 286,000 square foot three-building office campus. Purchased via joint venture with a public pension fund in 2013, Cabrillo Technology Center is located within San Diego’s central Kearny Mesa submarket. IDS Real Estate Group significantly increased the project’s value by downsizing and renewing its largest tenant Raytheon while simultaneously re-leasing the large resulting vacancy to San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E). As a result of SDG&E’s subsequent expansion, the entire project is now leased for term to two tenants with staggered lease expiration dates and investment-grade credit.
