Globe Distribution Center

On behalf of a public pension fund, in 2006 IDS Real Estate Group acquired via a forward commitment Globe Distribution Center, a 403,000 square foot state-of-the-art distribution building in Moreno Valley. IDS leased the entire building to Philips Electronics and completed a full landscape redesign that enhanced the project appearance while significantly decreasing water consumption. Recently, the entire building was re-leased to investment-grade tenant FedEx for term.
