Haven Gateway Centre

IDS Real Estate Group entitled, developed, and marketed the Haven Gateway Centre, a five-building 1.5 million square foot Inland Empire West industrial park. The entitlement process included complicated mitigation efforts around the Delhi Sands flower-loving fly, the only fly on the endangered species list, and significant negotiations around utility easements. Once construction was completed, the project was immediately leased to The Walt Disney Company, Oakley, The Children’s Place, and Sport Chalet and remained 100% leased to these four original tenants for over 15 years. In 2015, IDS renewed and expanded The Walt Disney company into 610,000 square feet.
