Viva Logistics Center

In partnership with a public pension fund, IDS Real Estate Group acquired this 100% leased Class A industrial project in South San Diego. The project was acquired well below replacement cost in a submarket with rapidly declining vacancy and steadily rising rents. Since then, IDS has completed an extensive renovation and re-branding of the center, translating into record rental rates at the project.
